My approach to coaching is informed by more than my certification. Years spent working inside organizations, recruiting across industries and speaking with thousands of professionals have given me a broad view of how people experience work — from the decisions they face to the demands, transitions and responsibilities they carry.
That experience informs the conversation. It doesn’t dictate it.
I don’t coach from the assumption I know what’s right for you. I listen closely, challenge thoughtfully and ask questions that create room to examine what may not yet be clear.
The objective isn’t to lead you toward my answer. It‘s to help you arrive at one that is genuinely your own.
