Hunter National Recruitment Corp., was founded in 2021 out of a desire to help companies build stronger teams. Rather than approaching recruitment as a series of one-off transactions, our approach was built around developing lasting client relationships, understanding their organizations and becoming a recruitment partner they could return to as their teams grew and changed.

The idea was simple: build better teams, with the right people, and make recruitment feel less transactional.

Thrive & Co. was built on that foundation, but with a broader sense of what we wanted our work to mean.

Becoming a certified coach brought new knowledge, perspective and depth, but it also reinforced something we had always believed: people are at the heart of what we do. Behind every search is an organization trying to build something, and behind every career is a person deciding what comes next.

Thrive & Co. reflects our desire to have greater impact on both. To build relationships that matter, make genuine connections and bring people and organizations together in ways that have the potential to make each stronger.

Thrive & Co. brings more than a decade of full-cycle recruitment experience together with firsthand corporate operations experience. That combination gives us a practical understanding of hiring from both sides of the table - the search itself and the business context surrounding it.

We take the time to understand what sits behind a hiring need, not simply what appears on a job description. From there we draw on established professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing to reach beyond the active applicant market when the search requires it.
