From Hunter National Recruitment to Thrive & Co.

If you’ve seen both names on my LinkedIn profile, you may have wondered how they connect.

I founded Hunter National Recruitment in 2021 and rebranded it to Thrive & Co. in 2025. It’s the same business, with experience behind it and a broader vision ahead. When I founded Hunter National Recruitment, The intention was to support organizations and build their teams through close, lasting client partnerships, not transactional relationships. I wanted to work with aligned organizations and know them well enough to become their go to recruitment partner, someone they could trust, turn to, and build with over time.

Coming from a strong corporate operations and client management background, caring about the customer experience is second nature to me. Understanding the business, following through, and caring about the outcome have always mattered. We succeeded at that, and like we’ve all realized at some point in our careers, it was time to contribute more.

Then I pursued coaching education, and it expanded my perspective on how I could contribute. It gave me more to consider about leadership, people and what it means to help an organization thrive.

Thrive & Co. grew from that reflection. The Hunter National Recruitment name had served us well, but I wanted a name that could grow with its long-term direction. Today recruitment remains central to my work and passion, alongside coaching. The commitment to close client relationships remains. What has grown is my perspective, my experience as a business owner, and the ways I can support the people and organizations I partner with.

It’s the same business, grown from the same foundation: care for people, pride in work, and relationships built on trust.

The name has changed. Those commitments haven’t.
