I never set out to be a founder, I evolved into one over time. It was a natural progression that began with a foundation of lived experiences, work culture triumphs and fails, growth roadblocks and unlocked opportunities, my vision for change, a passion for people and desire to challenge the status quo. I set out to create more than a business, my vision was not only to build a brand, but design one that redefines how we experience work both from a personal and professional level. One that places people and experiences at the center recognizing them as the foundation of long-term success.

For too long, recruitment has been treated as a process designed for filling roles quickly rather than strategically. Coaching has mistakenly been seen as advice giving, rather than empowering individuals to discover solutions for themselves. And outplacement support one of the most critical touchpoints in the employee lifecycle is too often invisible, undervalued, or non-existent. These gaps aren’t just operational inefficiencies; they are missed opportunities to nurture talent, strengthen culture, and sustain organizational impact.

The vision behind Thrive & Co. has been informed by both my own career and the countless stories I’ve witnessed and had shared with me. At Thrive & Co, we take a 360-degree approach to the employee lifecycle. We believe offboarding is every bit as important as onboarding. That perspective inspired us to expand beyond recruitment into coaching and outplacement support.
